Join your fellow planning professionals for a morning or wellness that includes a short “Walk and Talk” through Lake Balboa Park to learn about current park conditions and County efforts to improve these conditions, followed by a 50-minute mat pilates session led by Ruby Goldin–a local wellness expert who provides training in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and TRX throughout the county. We will conclude the day with a networking mixer that includes healthy snacks and raffle prizes!

Raffle prizes include: Free Los Angeles Chapter APA membership and a private pilates training session with Ruby! An extra raffle ticket will be provided to those who bring prospective APA members!
