Roderick serves as Director-elect for the Los Angeles Section of the American Planning Association. Roderick also serves as one of three conference host committee co-chairs for the 2026 APA California state conference. In addition to their involvement with APA, Roderick is a senior analyst at HR&A Advisors where they develop strategies and design programs to address housing affordability. Roderick is also a board member for the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust and a member of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles.
