Krystal is a Planning Supervisor at the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) where she oversees the Regional Pilots team and fosters the development of strategic partnerships to advance transportation and climate initiatives. She received her Bachelor’s from the University of San Francisco in Environmental Science and a Master’s in City Planning from San Diego State University.
