Brian McGinnis is a Senior Regional Planner at LA County Planning. He holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems from UC Davis. Brian previously served on the Board of the California Planning Foundation and as the Young and Emerging Planners (YEP) Officer from San Luis Obispo for the APA Central Coast Section.
