Under the general direction of the Planning and Modal Programs Manager, the incumbent will supervise Transportation Planning staff in Freight, Multi-Modal, System, Program and Project, Regional, Smart Mobility, Climate Change, State, Transit, and Local Development Review planning. The incumbent will manage, coordinate, and implement complex Planning programs, studies, documents and grants relating to the future development and operation of the District’s and communities’ transportation needs.
