Job Description
Metro is seeking a Chief Sustainability Officer to assist in executing Metro’s mission to provide a world-class transportation system. This is an opportunity to join one of the nation’s largest and most innovative transportation systems. The Chief Sustainability Officer will direct the overall sustainability initiatives geared towards advancing Metro’s long-term vision for sustainability.
Required Experience / Skills / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, business/public administration, environmental policy, environmental engineering, planning or a closely related field (Master’s Degree in a related field preferred)
- Five years of senior management level experience working in the area of sustainability, environmental engineering, or equivalent
