Annual salary range: $214,011 – $268,008 – $322,004
Salary placement will be determined by education and experience.

Metro is seeking a Chief Planning Officer to assist in executing Metro’s mission to provide a world-class transportation system that enhances quality of life for all who live, work, and play within LA County. This is an opportunity to join one of the nation’s largest and most innovative transportation systems.
The Chief Planning Officer leads the strategic short and long-range planning for Metro’s transportation capital investments and operations, ensures coordination with any partner agencies, impacted community interest and environmental advocacy groups, program and project managers, Board members, elected officials, business and labor leaders and others across multiple disciplines to develop and direct visionary programs and solutions to meet the mobility needs of LA County.
