Will consider a Staff Services Analyst

As a member of the Director’s Office of Equity and Tribal Affairs (ETA), working under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst, Equity Analyst, is a key member of a team that provides strategic direction for institutionalizing racial and social equity and prioritizing tribal affairs in the Department. The Equity Analyst will support implementation of the Caltrans Race & Equity Strategic Plan (REAP) and the Caltrans Strategic Plan regarding equity related actions. Assists in communicating and increasing knowledge and awareness of Caltrans’ equity priorities and initiatives by creating communication materials, conducting research and policy analysis, supporting internal and external work groups and committees, and developing trainings focused on transportation justice, equity, and tribal affairs.
