Under the direction of the Resources Chief, an Staff Services Manager II, the incumbent (Staff Services Manager I Supervisory) serves as the Chief of the District Budget and Oversight Branch. The incumbent is responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating the work of a group of professional staff The incumbent holds the responsibility for program’s budgetary and resource efforts and the oversight of district resources. The incumbent is also responsible for the development and execution of district agreements, memorandums of understanding, and/or other guidance. This will require using data analyses to accurately forecast district staffing needs and potential overruns. The incumbent supervises up to four analysts. The incumbent may act on behalf of the Resources Chief.
