The APA Los Angeles Section Board will vote on a series of amendments to its governing bylaws at its September 26th meeting. The proposed amendments (click for draft) cover a series of administrative updates to clarify the roles of Director, Director Pro Tem, Director Elect, and Past Director; codify a process for emergency meetings; introduce a requirement for the Board to adopt a conflict of interest policy at a future date; and make additional minor edits. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
